Carlota is a visual artist and healer. In her work she plays with movement, interactive art, healing practices, community building, nature and more. We will explore with Carlota how we can be more grounded and in tune with ourselves through movement, dance, breathing and making art with our bodies. It will be a playful and fun collaborative experimentation!
