Aligning with the theme of the performance, artist Lisa Zakharova (Crunchy Plates) in this dinner focuses on the products that grow in the dark - underground or in the darkness of a forest. Root vegetables are at the core of this dinner - providing flavors from sweet to spicy. Ending with a desert of forest berries, that call you into the forest with their bright and punchy flavor.
