As part of the exhibition Ways of Mapping we are organizing a talk: Learning the Language of a Landscape by Michel Grobbe and Diederik Pomstra.
Ecologist Michel Grobbe and experimental archaeologist Diederik Pomstra share their perspectives on reading a landscape, exploring how its patterns, traces and rhythms can reveal stories of the land and the people who have lived with it, and how knowledge of a landscape can be translated into objects through materials and traditional crafts.
The talk is free, but it is nice for us to know how many people to expect, so you can reserve your spot via a ticket.
