We are taking along the wonderful conversations we had in the previous year with our sauna community; things that went well, things that didn’t, and suggestions that we received. Keeping this in mind, we introduce a new programme for the Friday evenings: one that carries intention, comfort and community building instead of just being another service. We will follow this new structure until the summer, and have a reflection moment with everyone tosee what stays and what continues.

1. FLINTA* Sauna
A sauna evening for the FLINTA* community. Based on the 3 FLINTA* Sauna(research) evenings organised in 2025 by Pier van Wijk and Urvee Kulkarni.

FLINTA* is a German acronym that translates to women, lesbians, intersex,non-binary, trans, and agender people, the asterisk symbolising any othergenderqueer identities.
2. Regular Common Bread Sauna - The classic sauna evening everyone knows andloves!

3.Performance focused Common Bread Sauna - For these, we will platform(performance) artists, giving them the floor to set the tone, with the Saunabeing a supporting actor in creating a beautiful evening.

4. Community-focused Common Bread Sauna - A sauna evening that facilitatescommunity building. Isn’t it so much nicer to be in a space where you actuallyknow the people around you?
