Twee mensen naderen op fietsen een bijna leeg terrein, beladen met hun rugzakken en tassen. Ze beginnen deze tassen te openen en maken met dekens, slaapzakken en thee van deze plek hun tijdelijke huis. Of circus? De hoge Chinese mast wordt het centrale punt van dit kamp, waar voorwerpen en lichamen vliegen, vallen, worden gejongleerd, uitgepakt en uitgerold. In deze georganiseerde chaos ontvouwt zich meer dan een kamp: een solide en creatieve vriendschap die de circusartiesten met het publiek uitbreiden.

Two travelers approach an almost empty space with their bikes, bags and backpacks. They start opening those bags, and make a temporary home using blankets, sleeping bags and tea. Or is it a Circus? The tall chinese pole becomes the center point of their camp, where objects and bodies fly, fall, are juggled, unpacked and unrolled. In this organised chaos, something bigger than the camp unfolds: a solid and creative friendship, built and shared  across time and space.

Christoph Tergau is a 22 years old Circus artist, graduated from ACAPA in June 2025. He discovered circus as a very young kid and specialised in Chinese pole with 14, developping his style since, with rigging and technical exploration at the root. Jean Baptiste Thevenod (JB)  is 25 years old. He graduated ACAPA in 2025 with static trapeze. Growing up in the alps he discovered the circus community and his practice : an open approach to aerials and acrobatics, always with a link to nature.
